Lost in translation- Film Analysis Report.

Actors : Bill Murray (Bob Harry) ,Scarett Johanson (Charlotte), Giovannni Ribisi (John), Anna Faris (Kelly)
Type of Film : Romance and Drama.

Summary and Analysis.

Charlotte is a woman who has a photographer husband(John). She followed John to Japan. Her major was philosophy and she seems have a talent but she didn't know what does she have to do. John didn't care about Charlotte. He knows only his works. So Charlotte felt very lonly. Bob who is a movie star, visited Japann to take an advertisement. He also felt lonly and isolated because of unfamiliar culture and difficulty of conversation.
Bob and Charlotte who was staying at same hotel together , couldn't sleep well. So they went out their rooms and met accidentally. They felt same feeling through a situation that can't adapt a new life environment. So they attracted each other. They went sightseeing to the downtown in Tokyo and coversation together so they were close and sympathize their loneliness each other.
But a few days later, Bob leaved to america. Before he leaved Tokyo, he found her in downtown. They hugged and kissed. Bob said something to Charlotte and then he leaved finally.

Chapter 12- Culture Shock -Reaction to the debate paragraph.

I agree that Dita have to make indonesian students. Because if she make her country friends,her mind will be comfortable and she can open her mind easily. Also this way is easy to contact with lots of American friends.Other indonesian junior or senior students already have some American friends so they can help her or give some advice to her. Also they can introduce her to American friends.And they are same country people so they can understand her feelings and can feel sympathy deeply.
So i agree about make indonesian students strongly.
