Chapter 12- Culture Shock - Case Study Report.

I.Statement of the problem.
Dita feels very hard because she cannot catch up her new college life in America.Her English skills are nat good and she doesn't like American foods.

ⅱ.Suggestion of possible solution
A.She has to go back to Indonesia
B.She has to look for a tutor in her University.
C.She has to visit counseling office and then shs can consult with counselor.

ⅲ.Evaluation of possible solutions.
A.advantage-IF she goes back to Indonesia,she will not ger stress.
disadvantage-She cannot get a chance to study in America and cannot get a scholarship.

B.advantage- If she gets an English tutor,her English skills will be improve.
disadvantage- The tutor cannot take care og her because toter is a student.Also during study time,maybe they get a chat together.

C.advantage-Counselor will help her problems and worries.She is stressful about culture shock so while she consult with counselor,she can feel comfortable.
disadvantage-Counselor can understand her problems and feelings but the counselor cannot feel sympathy deeply.

ⅳ.Selection of a solutions.

C- I think it is the best way.Counselor cannot understand all her feelings but the counselor can advice to her and it will make her comfortable.
